Watson Tells Leasing of 800,000 Square Feet

Carson-based Watson Land Co. has announced it leased nearly 800,000 square feet of space to several tenants in its industrial facilities, office buildings and business centers in the South Bay over the last three months.
The most valuable lease was signed by Pioneer Electronics Inc., which took 55,000 square feet of office space in the Watson Corporate Center in Long Beach in a seven-year deal worth $3.6 million.
