Gene Hauser was named division vice president and assistant general manager of a classified program at Northrop’s aircraft division in Hawthorne. Hauser was formerly corporate vice president and general manager of Northrop’s electronics division, which builds a key part of the MX missile guidance system. Hauser has had a 24-year career in electronics and holds an advanced engineering degree from the University of Southern California.
