British writer and actor Dirk Bogarde, 66, is undergoing treatment in a London hospital for an undisclosed ailment, Reuters news service reported Wednesday. A spokeswoman at the King Edward VII hospital confirmed the star had been admitted but would not comment on press reports that he had suffered a stroke. Bogarde, author of three novels, recently finished filming “The Vision” for the British Broadcasting Corp.
