G.M. Ridges has been appointed executive vice president of New Star Entertainment Inc., Beverly Hills. Ridges will oversee New Star Releasing, a new division created to distribute the company’s theatrical releases domestically. Ronald C. Rodgers was named senior vice president and general sales manager in the new division, and Thomas Wolfe was named vice president--advertising.
