Bike Path Closure: The Santa Ana River bike path at the San Diego Freeway will be closed at night until Friday because of freeway construction, Caltrans officials said. To minimize any inconvenience to the public, the bike path will be closed only at night, from 7:30 p.m. to 6:30 a.m., said Wally Carroll, resident engineer for the state Department of Transportation.
