Countywide : 3 Women Journalists to Appear at Benefit

Three women journalists will present a “Women in the Media” program on Thursday, at the first fund-raiser of the newly organized Orange County Chapter of California Elected Women’s Assn. for Education and Research.
The event will be held at 11:30 a.m. at the Hyatt Regency Alicante, 100 Plaza Alicante, Garden Grove. Cost is $30 per person. For reservations, call Shirley Ralston at (714) 633-3184 or Marcia Milchiker at (714) 831-7382.
The women on the program will be KNBC-TV reporter Vikki Vargas, Orange County Register business columnist Jan Norman and media consultant Barbara Rickard-Riegle, a former radio reporter.
