State Appeal Court Leases in Santa Ana

The state 4th District Court of Appeal has leased the two-story, French Park Place office building at 925 N. Spurgeon St., Santa Ana. The 20-year lease is valued at $18 million.
The facility includes a courtroom and chambers for seven justices and a support staff of about 20. Interior improvements are expected to be completed by the end of this year. The court is now located at 600 W. Santa Ana Blvd. Burke Commercial Real Estate represented both parties.
