The Orange County Child Abuse Registry maintains a 24-hour hot line for anyone wishing to report suspected instances of child abuse. All collect calls are accepted. The number is: (714) 834-5353 OCTOBER INCIDENTS
Huntington Beach, Orange and Buena Park registered the largest increases in incidents of child abuse from September to October. And Buena Park and Orange also are among the five cities in the county with the highest rate of incidents per 1,000 residents. Here is the October listing (the most recent information available) with the change since September and the rate per thousand residents. Cities are listed according to the rate, from highest to lowest:
