Thousand Oaks House Damaged in Blaze

A fire caused $95,000 in damage to a house at 1540 Burning Tree Drive in Thousand Oaks Friday night, authorities said.
About 30 firefighters from six engine companies battled the blaze for about 40 minutes before putting it out at 10:08 p.m., said Jackie Noel, a Ventura County Fire Department dispatcher.
No injuries were reported in the blaze. The cause of the fire was under investigation.
