STATE : 2 L.A. Tickets Split Lotto Pot

Two tickets bought in Los Angeles County had all six numbers picked in the midweek Lotto 6/49 drawing to split a $21.7-million jackpot, state lottery officials said today.
Winning tickets purchased in Hacienda Heights and Los Angeles will each bring their owners $10.8 million when they are verified at lottery offices.
There were 12 winners in the five-of-six plus bonus category, each for $199,160, officials said. Three of the tickets were purchased in Garden Grove, and the others were sold in Modesto, Salinas, San Ramon, Coronado, El Cajon, El Toro, Santa Ana, Rosamond and Rancho Santa Margarita.
