What: Voters in Seal Beach’s District 1 and District 3 go to the polls today to elect two new members to the City Council.
Who: There are eight candidates running for the two open seats.
In District 1, the candidates are Charles Antos, James Cook, Marilyn Bruce Hastings, Douglas Hoxeng and Joe Rullo.
In District 3, the candidates are Gwen Forsythe, Galen F. Ambrose and Dennis K. Pollman.
When: Polls are open from 7 a.m. to 8 p.m.
Where: District 1 polling places are at Fire Station 44, St. Anne’s Church Hall and Surfside Colony office. District 3 polling places are at Marina Community Center, McGaugh Elementary School’s gym and Clubhouse 1 in Leisure World.
