Manufacturers Hanover Buying Card Accounts: Manufacturers Hanover Trust Co. of New York will purchase Midlantic Corp.’s $252 million in credit card accounts and receivables. Manufacturers Hanover said its portfolio of credit card receivables will exceed $3.3 bilion after the acquisition. Midlantic is undergoing restructuring.
