ELMONT, N.Y.--Who’s To Pay, making his first start on turf, held off Lac Ouimet by a neck to win Friday’s $47,000 Overskate Purse at Belmont Park. Lac Ouimet finished a head better than Valid Fund and Magnet Cove, who wound up in a dead-heat for third.
