Robinson Saved His Job, but Not His Friends’

Chris Dufresne’s wonderfully poignant and touching commentary on Fritz Shurmur (Jan. 13) brought tears to my eyes.
While some may criticize the personal perspective taken by Dufresne, his warmth and compassion are a welcome change to sports reporting.
