Thousands Cheer Gulf and Vietnam Veterans

DALLAS — Thousands of spectators cheered as Gulf War troops joined by Vietnam veterans marched through the downtown area Saturday in a ticker-tape parade. About 4,000 troops in desert camouflage were joined by marching bands, tanks and color guards from Ft. Hood and Ft. Bliss.
