DONDE ESTA?: The 215-year-old Mission San Juan Capistrano has translated map and tour books for the first time, and after two weeks all but the Japanese version has sold out. . . . Every year the mission gets 400,000 to 500,000 visitors, one-fifth of them foreign. So earlier this month the mission introduced 150 guides each in German, Spanish, French and Japanese. Visitors Center director Brian McInerney says a Vietnamese version is under way.
