They Get Credit: American Health Services Corp. said it has arranged for a $1.2-million credit agreement with its primary lender. The Newport Beach company said the agreement will provide working capital to pay for new medical centers. One of these is a Maryland facility that will operate a Swedish medical device known as a Gamma Knife, a laser-like beam of radiation used to dissolve brain tumors. American Health operates medical diagnostic imaging centers.
