Zepha Bogert; Women in Film Co-Founder, Press Club President

Zepha Bogert, 82, a founding member of Women in Film and former president of the Hollywood Women’s Press Club. Born Zepha Samoilof, she became a free-lance writer who contributed to movie magazines. She also taught costume design at Woodbury College in downtown Los Angeles and handled publicity for the school. With her husband, the late Elliott Vanden Bogert, she created the Bogerts Advertising Co. On Sunday in Toluca Lake after a long illness.
