Coast Highway: The No. 2, northbound lane in an unincorporated area between Laguna Beach and Newport Beach was closed due to flooding.
West Coast Highway: A northbound lane in Newport Beach was closed due to flooding, north of Superior Avenue.
Pacific Coast Highway: Southbound lanes in Huntington Beach were closed due to flooding between Warner Avenue and Golden West Street.
Newport Coast Drive: Mudslide closed street in an unincorporated county area between Irvine and Newport Beach. All lanes between MacArthur Boulevard and Bonita Canyon Drive.
Riverside Freeway: Eastbound off-ramp at Brookhurst Street was closed due to flooding.
Laguna Canyon Road: Closed between El Toro Road and the San Diego Freeway.
Ortega Highway: Closed Sunday, from San Juan Capistrano to Riverside County’s Lake Elsinore, was reopened at 4 p.m. Monday. But authorities say to call ahead in case of overnight flooding.
Carbon Canyon Road: Closed Sunday due to mudslides and flooding; was reopened at 10:30 a.m. Monday. Flooding occurred in Brea between Valencia Avenue and Olinda Drive.
Trabuco Canyon Road: Trabuco Creek crossing closed due to flooding. Residents are advised to use an alternate route.
Silverado Canyon Road: Open for residents only.
