RIGHT ON TIME: The Orange County Forum had booked its Wednesday luncheon speaker, Bernard W. Kinsey, months ago, unaware how timely the speech would become. Kinsey is co-chair of Rebuild L.A., a response to last year’s riots following the verdict in the Rodney King case. Jurors may have decided the second King case before Kinsey speaks. . . . Leaders of the Forum, which addresses business issues, say they invited Kinsey in case there’s ever a need for a “Rebuild O.C.”
