Bank Parts Ways With Accountants: Credit Lyonnais Bank Nederland, the Dutch affiliate of the French bank that owns the Metro-Goldwyn-Mayer studio, disclosed it has had a falling-out with its accountants stemming from the collapse of a Swiss company headed by a former MGM partner. Credit Lyonnais, a major Hollywood lender, noted that it has filed a fraud claim against KPMG Klynveld stemming from the collapse of Florio Fiorini’s Sasea group. Fiorini is former business associate of Giancarlo Parretti, who owned MGM before Credit Lyonnais took possession of the studio in a foreclosure.
