LAKE HUGHES — Los Angeles County sheriff’s deputies Sunday asked for the public’s help in identifying a dismembered body found in the Angeles National Forest.
The body was found in the Burnt Peak area about 7 p.m. Friday, Deputy Carrie Stuart said.
Stuart described the 5-foot-10 victim as a slender white male between 16 and 25 years old with a light brown ponytail.
Anyone with information about the remains is asked to call the sheriff’s homicide bureau at (213) 890-5500.
