OXNARD : Police Group Offers Free Basketball Clinic

A free holiday basketball clinic for children ages 8 to 12 will be held Sunday in Oxnard.
Sponsored by the Oxnard Police Activities League, the clinic will be from noon to 4 p.m. at Santa Clara High School’s main gym at Laurel Street and Saviers Road.
Applications may be picked up at the Oxnard Police Department at 251 S. C St.
The first 54 players will be eligible to attend the clinic, where each will also receive a free basketball jersey and lunch.
