Alliance Buys Contracts

ORANGE — Alliance Imaging Inc. said it bought certain assets and contracts from Mission Viejo-based Mobil M.R. Venture Ltd.
Alliance, which provides mobile high-tech diagnostic equipment to hospitals, said the purchase will increase its annual revenue by about $2 million. The purchase includes four mobile scanners and 11 customers in Missouri, Texas and Louisiana.
Terms were not disclosed.
