Barrier Approved for Wilson Street

The City Council has decided against a proposal to close Wilson Street at Garden Grove Boulevard. Instead, a barrier to prohibit southbound traffic on Wilson will be built.
Northbound traffic will be allowed to travel on Wilson Street to Garden Grove Boulevard.
Residents had sought to have the entire street closed, complaining about “cruising” at a nearby adult bookstore.
