Youth Business Issues Explained at Seminar

Business leaders will help 2,000 high school students learn the difference between textbook examples and real-world challenges Friday at the 14th annual Orange County Youth Business Issues Conference.
Keynote speaker Doug DeCinces, the former Angels all-star and current general manager of the Strawberry Farms Golf Club in Irvine, will use his experiences to encourage the students to pursue their dreams.
The conference, scheduled for 9 a.m. to 1 p.m. at the Sequoia Conference Center in Buena Park, is presented by the Orange County Department of Education and the Constitutional Rights Foundation of Orange County.
