High School Tunes Up for First Auto Show
Students and faculty members will show off their wheels at the first ever El Dorado High School car show tonight.
The car show was designed to help defray expenses for this year’s winter formal, which will cost $45 per couple.
Fifty-two cars will be displayed, and prizes will be given for various categories, including lowest to the ground and best sound system.
Kelli Schirm, student body coordinator, said the success of the show will determine whether it becomes an annual event.
It begins at 4 p.m. on the campus basketball courts. Admission is $2 for the public and $1 for students with a student body card.
Information: Ellen Gerasimou, (714) 993-6983.
