The City Council recently approved tentative maps for the 3,500-acre Talega development. Plans for the Village Center commercial and residential area were approved with up to 335 homes, part of the planned golf course and five business parks. The council also approved plans for a 78-unit subdivision near Avenida Vista Hermosa and Avenida Talega. Information: (949) 361-8200.
