* George Garvin of Woodland Hills, an investment specialist with the West Los Angeles office of Grubb & Ellis Co., has been promoted to vice president with the firm.
Garvin is a member of the International Council of Shopping Centers.
Grubb & Ellis is an international commercial real estate firm headquartered in Orange.
* Richard Hayworth has been named data coordinator and assistant business analyst in the consultant division of Buxbaum Group in Encino.
Buxbaum provides inventory evaluations, turnaround and crisis management and other consulting services for financial institutions with manufacturing and wholesale distribution clients.
* Brian Sandusky has joined the marketing team of PTPN in Calabasas. He will be responsible for establishing contracts with health plans, physician groups and workers’ compensation providers in California.
PTPN provides outpatient rehabilitation services through networks in 23 states.
