* Re “Off-Duty Officer Allegedly Flashes His Gun in Anger” (Oct. 2): The officer who threatened a hospital employee with a gun should have been arrested. If that were you, the SWAT team would have been called out in a minute. He should have been charged with assault with a deadly weapon. You always hear the pet phrase, “No one is above the law.” Yeah, right.
