Original Spanish tile work is a hallmark of this Santa Barbara Spanish estate, built near Mission Santa Barbara in 1928.

The main stairwell walls are covered with hand-painted tiles illustrating the story of “Don Quixote.” The Spanish-architectural style is also emphasized in the atrium-covered courtyard, which has a fountain and a large patio for entertaining.
