Victim of 710 Freeway shooting is identified

The county coroner’s office has identified the man shot Friday while driving south on the 710 Freeway as Jaime Raul Saldana, 37, of Los Angeles.
Saldana was shot by someone in a sport utility vehicle about 11:30 a.m. just north of the 10 Freeway. His car crashed into the center divider near Valley Boulevard and struck a Caltrans maintenance vehicle. He was pronounced dead at the scene.
