Reader Photo: Sunrise at the Sepulveda Basin Wildlife Reserve
- Share via
Josh Patterson went to the Sepulveda Basin Wildlife Reserve in the San Fernando Valley on Monday. North of the Burbank Boulevard overpass, he saw the sun reflected on the Los Angeles River and the mist rising. He hopped to the center of the river and shot this photo.
“What struck me was how you can stumble across these pockets of natural beauty in the heart of Los Angeles,” he said. “Totally unexpected and more magical for that.”
Patterson took this photo at sunrise with a Canon EOS 5D Mark II.
