Criss Angel Believe

Criss Angel is no one-trick pony. The master magician delivers more than three dozen illusions in his dramatically retooled show at Luxor.
The magician wrests free from a straitjacket while hanging upside down over the audience’s head. He disappears from one spot and reappears at another.
And, don’t try this at home: Angel stuffs his mouth with double-edged razor blades that he has just used to slice pieces of paper.
For the doubters, Angel displays a big-screen photo of himself with a badly bloodied mouth, taken some years back after that trick went horribly awry.
Then there’s the trick he calls “In Two.” A hot babe is sliced in half with a mega circular saw, spurting gallons of red stuff everywhere.
Angel unveiled “Believe” in October of 2008. The show, a collaboration with Cirque du Soleil, recently celebrated 1,000 performances.
Angel’s popular television show, “Criss Angel Mindfreak” on A&E, features the magician performing mind-blowing stunts, such as hanging from a helicopter suspended by hooks in his back or leaning over the edge of the roof of the 55-floor Aladdin Hotel at a death-defying angle, then walking down the side of the building unaided by wires, a harness or safety netting. At the end of the night, you truly will believe.
